Is the campervan easy to drive and operate?
Our campervans are very easy to drive - much like a long-wheel-base transit van. You do need to take care when reversing and, when cornering, you need to be aware of the extra length.
We will give you comprehensive instruction on how to operate all of the equipment on board and you should allow an hour for this when you collect your vehicle. We will give you a hotline number to call in emergency if you are having difficulty with any of the equipment.

Where can I park the campervan overnight when I am touring?
It is generally not advisable to park overnight on the side of the road though in some countries it is allowed in designated lay-bys. It is generally best to park on designated campsites and it is advised to book in advance at busy times of the year. You will receive complimentary membership of the Camping & Caravanning Club when you book with us.
Try to ensure that you park on level ground as it may compromise the efficient working of the boiler and fridge if the campervan is not level.
